Glorification III

The emphasis in the Pentecost experience, is not on experience, but on our relationship, on our obedience to Christ, who is God’s manifest glory.  “For the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father full of grace and truth.”  John tells us that Jesus is the true light and the glory of God.  Our Lord says it himself, “I am the light of the world.  He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”  Have the glory.
